I was going to run 2 x 1.5 at 6:26 pace today. In a brief summary I ran 9:35 for the first rep and 10:02 for the second. It sucked. I'm not sure what happened.

Sometimes your legs don't want to go. You just have to listen, and agree.
You've had a nice string of workouts. A let down was inevitable at some point. Still, on balance, you've been running really well since you got healthy. There's reason for plenty of excitement about your next few races.
