I ran an easy six tonight in 48:19. It was pretty with temps in the mid 50s and a brisk wind out of the SE at 13 mph. I ran relaxed and ran all my mile splits between 8:10 and 7:51.
I just finished watching Puke pull off a last second, one point win over a highly ranked powerhouse, Belmont. I was hoping to see a 15 seed upset a 2. Oh well.

Killed me watching Henderson go coast-to-coast. Tar Heels fans will know what I mean when I say it was shades of Chris Duhon... ugh. Somebody has to stop the ball.
Anyway, for as good of a scheme as Belmont had for the first 38 and a half minutes in that game, they really disappointed in the last few possessions. Pretty much didn't even look for a shot, just tried to run the shot clock out. It would've made my NCAA Tournament to see the dukies go down to Belmont in the first round.
On to cheering for West Virginia, I suppose.
